Hello and Welcome! Are you starting to decorate for Halloween? Today I am sharing how to make a Halloween wreath for your front door using deco mesh and ribbon. If you are looking for a full, colorful and not-so-spooky Halloween wreath for your front door, then you are in the right place.
This wreath is easy to make and is complete customizable. For this particular Halloween wreath, I used 4 colors of deco mesh and a few different Halloween themed ribbons. You will also need a wire wreath form, pipe cleaners, scissors and a rotary cutter.
Video Tutorial for a Halloween Wreath
Here’s a video showing you step-by-step how I made this Halloween wreath.
First, you will need to cut your deco mesh. I cut mine into 10 inch strips. Next, I paired two colors of the deco mesh, rolled them each up, put them together with a pipe cleaner and then attached them to the wire wreath form (I only attached the deco mesh to the inside 2 rings of the wreath form).

Once the wreath has reached your desired fullness, you can add in some ribbon.
Using the same pipe cleaners that I fastened them deco mesh with, I secured two pieces of ribbon randomly throughout the wreath.
Finally, I added a festive Halloween bow!

What I love about this Halloween wreath is the bright colorful look. Of course, you can pick whatever colors you’d like, but I love using bright colors whenever I work with deco mesh. I LOVE this kid-friendly Christmas wreath I made last holiday season.
